Cydcor invites managers to attend a variety of leadership training courses that focus on critical leadership and personal development skills. Example course topics include Situational Leadership, Crucial Conversations, People Management, Coaching for Career Development, and more.

Our annual meetings are designed as a way for Cydcor team members to network, brainstorm, and collaborate. These events open team members to new ways of thinking and help keep their roles exciting. During these meetings, team members get updates on yearly results, review shared values, and learn about our company vision from Cydcor's leadership.

At Cydcor, we believe in providing all team members with ongoing opportunities for learning and development. Cydcor offers in-house personal development workshops on Communicating with Style, Listening Skills & Feedback, Assertive Communication & Handling Conflict, Influence & Persuasion Skills, Powerful Presenting, and more.
hands-on learning
At least once per year, all Cydcor team members spend a day in the field observing the independent sales teams as they meet with customers and sell on behalf of our clients. These in-person visits help team members gain first-hand insights into how we’re able to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Additional learning and development opportunities include regularly held workshops and coaching on career development, personality types, time management, and more. We also provide access to online learning so team members can access resources at any time, from anywhere.
