What do you do at Cydcor?

Over the past six years I have had the opportunity to rotate into different roles to learn everything I can about business operations. As of 2019 I can now say that I’ve worked in every operations department! Currently I am serving as Territory Optimization Manager. This is an exciting new role at Cydcor where I am responsible for collaborating with campaign management, clients, and internal team members to drive field productivity through the optimization of territory. In this role, I consult with the field on territory best practices, process improvement, and using metrics to drive performance.

What makes Cydcor Special?

The people. Everyone here at Cydcor genuinely cares about each other and wants to help others succeed.

How has working at Cydcor helped you grow?

Cydcor is full of amazing coaches and everyone is always willing to help you reach your full potential. I have been trusted with new challenges and opportunities beyond what I thought I could ever achieve. The leadership team here at Cydcor believes that everyone can meet their full potential if they put in the work, and I have seen this value demonstrated throughout my career here.

What is your favorite part of working at Cydcor?

The opportunity for growth is my favorite part about Cydcor. If you work hard, anything is possible for your career path. I started out entry level in the Compliance Department and worked with my manager to develop the skills I needed to become supervisor of the department. With her help and hard work, I was able to reach this goal. From there, I was given the opportunity to help start a new department called Service Innovation from scratch, along with the department director. After building the new Service team, I was promoted to manage the department where I led the Device Support business function through department restructure and process improvement. Now I’m switching things up again in a brand-new business function as a Territory Optimization Manager. At Cydcor the sky is the limit!

What do you love about the business?

One of Cydcor’s core values is development of their people. This value is evident by the time managers spend with their people. We have scheduled personal development planning meetings with our managers every month, but all managers I have ever had here are always available and we talk daily. I speak with members of our executive team every day, and they genuinely care about my personal and professional growth.
